EQ University was established in 1997 by Dr. Rich Handley. We were the first web site to offer online Emotional Intelligence Assessment using the BarOn EQ-i® and Web Based Training. Since that time, we have assessed more people with the EQ-i® and provided training to more professionals worldwide than any one. We are totally dedicated to Optimizing People through the power of emotional intelligence, integrated wellness solutions, and have more experience in this area than anyone using the EQ-i® due to our many years of real world, in the trenches work. We support a network of professionals and organizations worldwide that we have trained who are working in the area of Emotional Intelligence through an industry leading suite of products and services.
